Having spent many weeks or months prior to your wedding day frantically running errands, attending appointments and making decisions many couples spend their wedding day worrying whether everything will go according to plan.
The Wedding Directors can take away that worry by attending on the wedding day and ensuring that all your hard work doesn’t go wrong.
Prior to your wedding day, a co-ordinator will have a detailed consultation with you. We will attend the rehearsal so that we are able to meet other members of the wedding party, allowing them to familiarise themselves with us, we can also smooth out any last minute hiccups.
On the wedding day our day starts when you haven’t even woken up! We attend the venue to decorate tables with favours, run errands, supervise suppliers and sort out any last minute challenges that come along! We will then ensure that your day runs smoothly and stay until the first dance.

In the weeks approaching your wedding day everything can become somewhat stressful and many couples feel that they need some guidance in last minute decisions and organisation of such a big event.
The Wedding Directors will be involved from six weeks before your wedding date; we will liase closely with your reception venue and follow up suppliers, ensuring that all bookings, payments and details are to your specification, thus allowing you to enjoy the preparations and relax knowing that we are here to help you. We will provide you with a detailed timetable of events, making sure that nothing gets forgotten!

We will be with you every step of the way, guiding you to making the right choices for you, but yet still allowing you to be in control of all the decisions about your day.

Venue decoration from £75 to £250
Decorating the venue, ensuring that little details are carried out is often left to a family member or friend on the day (and an anxious bride to worry about). We can give you the reassurance that when you and your guests arrive at your reception you get that WOW factor that every couple wants.
Working with your chosen wedding suppliers we create the look that you want. Venue decoration price is based on a consultation and 2 hours at the venue on the day. We can also offer advice and ideas on themes, styles and favours.
